Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account on GymCrew or downloading the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use GymCrew. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Do not share your password with others. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Post false, offensive, or abusive content.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
- Attempt to access other accounts.
- Use the service for commercial spam or solicitation.
- Reverse-engineer, exploit, or attempt to circumvent the app's security mechanisms.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post (workouts, comments, profile info, photos). By posting, you grant GymCrew a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and distribute it within the app and to other users you have shared it with. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post any content (e.g., that profile photos are yours or used with permission).
6. Subscriptions
GymCrew offers an optional Premium subscription at €4.99 per month or €49.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial on first subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a paid month or year.

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings — see Delete account. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
GymCrew is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Workout suggestions, RPE-based progression, program prescriptions, and other fitness recommendations are informational only and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme. We are not responsible for injuries, health conditions, or other outcomes resulting from your use of the app.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymCrew is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the app.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Pontevedra, Spain, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
